This 5 in x 120 ft waterproof membrane band is designed for shower and wet-area waterproofing projects where seams, joints, corners, and floor-to-wall transitions need additional membrane coverage. With a 22 mil thickness and flexible high-density polyethylene construction, the membrane band can be cut to the required length and positioned around shower walls, floors, niches, corners, and other transition areas. The 5-inch width provides practical coverage for common waterproofing connections, while the flexible material makes it easier to follow corners and irregular surfaces. It can be trimmed with scissors or a utility knife to fit different project layouts and reduce unnecessary material waste. This product is a non-adhesive membrane band. It does not have pre-applied adhesive and adhesive is not included. For installation, use the mortar, thin-set, or compatible waterproofing system specified for your particular application. Always follow the installation instructions of the waterproofing system and tile materials being used. Suitable applications include bathroom showers, shower floors and walls, steam rooms, saunas, laundry areas, kitchens, cement board and backer board joints, ceramic tile projects, stone tile installations, floor-to-wall transitions, corners, and renovation projects where a compatible waterproofing membrane band is required.
