The customer service at Forme recommends the shirts for more consistent posture support compared to the bras. It totally does help with posture and makes you feel like you can take really full breaths while exercising or just sitting at your desk which is amazing. Sadly, I think I need a different size so selling to try and recoup a little to get a different one. These retail for $195 (plus shipping).
