Lot of 21 Vintage photographs from 1930-40.
This is a lot of photographs that belonged to Frank Manning of Birmingham,AL. This is the most charming set of photos I have EVER run across. They show his band performing (he played the upright bass), friends out for drinks, photo booth pictures of himself, guy friends and some lady friends too. (Ooh LaLa) There are two that appear to be from the 70s of him in old age as well as two autographed photos of other musicians made out to him. One of the autographed photos is Billy Carr (a saxophonist and veteran who passed away in 2019) and the other is no longer legible. These are not in perfect condition. Some have creases on the corners. I just think this is a wonderful collection of moments from what seemed to be a remarkable life.
